Our service
The Dog Den provides dog day care and related services from our facility in Fareham, Hampshire. Services are provided as described on our website and confirmed in writing before your dog's first day.
Booking and availability
Submitting a booking enquiry does not guarantee a place. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by us. A place is confirmed only when we have communicated this to you in writing.
Vaccinations
We require proof of up-to-date vaccinations for all dogs in our care. We reserve the right to refuse entry if vaccination records are not current or cannot be verified.
Health and welfare
You must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or behavioural history relevant to your dog's care. We will contact you immediately if your dog becomes unwell while in our care. In a serious emergency, we will seek veterinary attention and notify you as soon as possible. Any veterinary costs incurred are your responsibility.
Liability
We take all reasonable care of dogs in our facility. We are not liable for illness, injury, or loss resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including interactions between dogs during supervised group play.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your dog's booked day will be charged in full. Our full cancellation terms will be provided when your place is confirmed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
