What are your opening hours?
Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm.
How do I book?
Use our online booking form or call/email us directly. We will confirm availability within two working days.
Do you accept all breeds?
Yes — we welcome all breeds and sizes. We ask for a free trial session first so we can understand your dog's needs.
Are vaccinations required?
Yes. We require up-to-date vaccinations (Distemper, Parvovirus, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis) and Kennel Cough.
What does day care include?
Play sessions, supervised rest, feeding if provided, and plenty of attention. Sensory programme dogs receive specialist scent and stimulation sessions.
What should I bring?
Your dog's food (if on a specific diet), any regular medication, and proof of vaccinations.
What are your sensory rooms?
Quiet, specialist spaces for dogs who benefit from scent work or low-stimulation environments — ideal for anxious dogs or those trained in nose work.
